took these in early sept before wrecking it. she's in the shop being fixed and modified, will be better than new by spring

i've thought about powdercoating them but not black. I really like the black/chrome/silver contrast. I'm def going to coat the controls housings with a silver or chrome powder this winter, will have to think about the pulley cover. I'm going to leave the tear drop chrome i think

Powder coat anything else on the bike but I think those pipes should stay chrome. JMO

My bad, I thought you were talking about powder coating them. You were talking about the side covers.
