If it's my bags you are asking about they are a set of V Star bags I got on ebay, custom made frames including a flat tab that rests on the frame in front of the rear wheel for 3 point stability mated to a modified set of these mounting brackets.

Mine are from a company called Calvary.
They're Fiberglass and polished. I love the bags, but not the mounting system... I'm going to modify it using some flat iron, so I can pull them in closer to the fender and want to add a 3rd mounting point... Outlaw, can you get a close-up pic of your third mounting point (in front of the wheel)? I was thinking of making an additional mounting point inside of the rear fender, where the light mounting bracket goes... I rode to work in Austin and they seem to be firmly mounted, but I'd hate for the vibration to shake these things loose while heading down the road from San Antonio... Thanks and God Bless, Doc S |
