Thanks for the pics. you have a leaking main tank fuel filter o-ring seal, it should be an easy fix just ride it until the light comes on so the top tank is empty then pull the tank and invert on a flast soft surface to avoid paint damage. Watch how things come apart. No worries. BTW the o-ring isn't an o-shape haha, its a special configuration, get needed bits from local yami dealer.

There is no picture below, but that could be posted in Warrior General forum to get help and keep it separate.

Default 07 Defective Filter Assembly

I also got a leak this year and just recently figured out the issue. I've made a separate thread to highlight the defect and not hijack this thread.

A bit late, I know, but excellent contribution by the way.

Well I did, but it was my fault. The bike was running like crap so I took the tank off the first time not knowing what I was doing so instead of using the dry-break I unbolted the connection from the tank and was unable to get it to seal back up. I was finally able to make new rubber gaskets to stop the leak. Honestly probably the most irritating thing thats happened to the bike so far.....

I bet it has been irritating, and more. I keep one of those special rubber gaskets on-hand, they are comparitively cheap versus the alternative hassles (even at Yami prices).

Default How Many Warriors Have Sprung a Fuel Leak?

Mine was the two flat oring gaskets for the screws. I went to autozone but all they had were round orings and they did not work. The worst part was the bike was low on fuel while I was working on it and I rode up to the has station and filled her up from the right side, went inside to pay and when I came back out had a big puddle under the bike.

Man, you guys need to get a tube of that stuff that I got. STILL no leaks after about 10K miles and multiple times taking the tank off. Hondabond is supposed to be a suitable replacement in the event that you can't find any universal racing blue. Seriously, not a drop, and all I did was smear some of this stuff on it. It's made for fuel and high heat/vibrations. I'm honestly shocked that I haven't heard more people talk about it.
