Good morning folks,
I have searched for a while now and I can't find anything to replace that huge plastic chrome piece opposite the air cleaner. Any recommendations? I don't wanna leave it blank. I would like to replace it with something. Thanks for the help ahead of time. I have replaced the right side with the speed star cleaner, and I don't wanna put that on both sides. |

I think member Justice made a flame cover for both sides. If you keep the stock motor mount you could cut out just about any shape you want and put it on with the stock screws from the left scoop.

I don't know how to go about it, but jfreeman1111 Is where I bought my "Flame" side covers. As I recall he had a couple more designs. I searched for his name & nothing specific showed up. I admit not knowing how to search for members. I got this from a PM he had sent to me when I purchased my covers. BTW they are great looking & fairly easy to install. the RT side is "plug-n-play", but the keft side takes some time since you have to "trim" the left side motor mount. A combination of a hack-saw, dremmel, grinder, file, are all going to come into play. All in all, no biggie, & they look very cool.

How about this? I had Bucky make the plate and off I went. There are aftermarket offerings of this type of coil bracket as well.

Thanks guys. I am not a metal fab guy, so making something is beyond me at this point. I will check out the members mentioned and keep my eye on the classifieds. Thanks for all the help. Happy turkey day.
