Default Monster Pro or V&H big shots help

Hi all,
After 18 months of looking I have found a warrior to buy near where I live but it has Vance & Hines Big Shots which are probably too loud for my neighbours.

I want to get the pcs monster pro black pipes with the 4 ring baffle because I love the look but I don't want to piss off my neighbours. Does anyone know how the monster pro with 4 ring baffle in compares to the V&H big shots? Btw I currently have an xvs1100 with a slipon exhaust so it's a big upgrade for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Jason

Btw here is a pic of the bike I'm thinking about getting. It's in good condition apart from some pitting on the triple trees, controls and wheels.

Hand these out to your neighbors and enjoy your new find (pic below). Seriously, how long are they actually going to hear it? I have ripsaws on my bike most of the time, it doesn't get much louder than that. I start my bike and leave. My neighbors probably think a storm is passing.

You can get quiet baffles for the bigshots and probably would want them if it doesn't already have baffles. Not dramatically quieter, but takes the edge off. I ran my bigshots without baffles and low end torque went out the window.

Thanks for the advice and the welcome, it's great to be here. I've wanted this bike for years so I'm not gonna let my neighbours get in the way.

Id rather have black pipes and the monster pro looks and sounds awesome from what I've seen in pics and on YouTube. Is it a lot louder than the bigshots? Or is there another pipe option that's black that I should be thinking about? Thanks again

Get whatever pipe you like and have it ceramic coated. Jet Hot is the way to go for that, but I don't know what's available down under for ceramic. I had a local do ceramic on a set of my pipes and I am NOT happy with it. I have a propipe that has at least 5 year old ceramic from Jet Hot that looks better.

The stock big shot baffles have that louder "drainpipe" kind of sound that IS a little offensive if the neighbours are a bit touchy.

The quiet baffles take the edge off the big shots sound to such an extent that if you "chug" in an out of your street it should never be a problem.

If on the other hand, if we're talking 5am or something, then NO aftermarket pipes on any V-twin are ever gonna be good enough!
