Take a dremel tool and cut a slot down the center of the bolt heads so a screw driver will be able to turn them. Then take a propane torch and heat them up because they have red lock tight on them. When you get them hot enough the bolts will unscrew. Be careful not to over heat things. Concentrate the heat on the bolt heads.
