is it new wood? just grasping here, but sometimes new wood from the hardware store is REALLY wet

maybe cover it in plastic so the moisture cant seep through?

nope very old, but the shelter is covering asphalt...the bike is not parked on it...

dont know how practical that would be to do Jbat... I can cover the bottom of the plinth, but not the entire asphalt.

I wonder if im just back to the exhaust fan idea...and if it will be enough

wait, so the bike is in a shed, and then inside this speedway shelter? Is the shed humid or just the inside of this shelter thing?

No limo, the shelter is not in a shed, it is out in the elements of my back yard, on an asphalt walkway..

If I had a shed, I wouldn't need the elaborate shelter. I'd just put a bike cover on it.

DOH??? Probably need more watts --- A LOT MORE.

PT wood base = interesting, never tried it. All of the PT wood I have worked with is heavy heavy heavy when new, lots of water.

Try this.

Put 6 mil plastic down as a cover over ANY floor material. Wood, stone, pavement, cement, shingles, etc. A piece of carpet will keep the plastic in place.
