The forks (or at least the brake mounts, went radial) changed in 2006. Of course they did, I have a 2005....

2002-2005 are the same. In 2006 the forks became 3/4" shorter: Model Year Differences 2002 to 2010

Many aftermarket builders get the date ranges wrong on some things.
It pays to double-check so good-on-you for doing that. The forks are the same (as mentioned above) 2002-2005. The forks are the forks. The triple tree is the triple tree. Together they make-up the front suspension and steering assembly. For more information and to compare part numbers for each model year to verify the date ranges for yourself, go to Star Parts & Service Home and then click VIEW PARTS CATALOG and follow the system to select the year and then the Warrior. Notice some years have Midnights and other years do not. From there you can select the assembly to view. In this example, for 2002-2003-2004 and 2005 you'll find the forks are all the same: LH = 5PX-23102-03-00 (as whajac already showed you) RH = 5PX-23103-03-00 The forks are the same 2002-2005. The forks differ for 2006-2009, and also some Midnights may vary. The Canadian 2010 midnight has gold forks and a different part number. Here's what you will find when you go to the Star Parts website to investigate for yourself. There will be exploded views and there will also be a complete parts list with part numbers. For example, the 2003 screens look like this: Disassembled View of the 'Steering' Disassembled View of the 'Forks' (notice a sharing of parts of the tree in above and below views)

You originally asked about the forks (described above) so I'm keeping the Steering details separate here:
The steering Crown (Item 9 in Steering View) and the Underbracket (Item 38 in Forks View) are the same part#'s for 2003 and 2006 according to the Star Parts website today. I did not check EVERY part, that would be up to you to accomplish. However my understanding is the Steering assemblies including bearings are the same for all model years although midnights may vary. Hope this helps you get a leg-up on one way to invesitage these things!
