I recently found that unless UPS boxed my shipment, or they at the very least inspected it, the insurance was a waste of money. They trash a computer that I packed, and when I tried to collect on the insurance they denied me, saying it was not packed properly.

So, all I am saying, is make sure the people who do ship it inspect it, and agree to insure it properly for you.....just sayin....

ok I will work on that ... As for insurance I didn't want to put the claim in and then have my insurance go up. Do you think the insurance would spike?

Guess your right about shipper checking didn't think about that. But basically I was just trying to say you can check shipping prices online if you have size and weight.
By the way I do my auto shopping in your area, 3 cars and a truck in or near Worcester. Dealers in the Berkshires think they have a lock, but I'll drive a 100 miles to save 3 to 4k on a car.
