IMHO

This mod is a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize in Medicine. Think of all our old backs it would save.

First - brilliant work on the mods for stuartyoda.

Second - in stock form you can use every milimeter of sidewall on the tires at max lean angle. However, on occassion you grind the pegs into the road in doing so, and this can be annoying and dangerous if it rips your foot off the peg (3 times for me) So, this begs a few question.

1) How much additional lean angle do you get before the pegs touch with this mod?

2) Do you get useable lean angle in reference to the sidewalls. I am not sure your do.

3) What is the compromise in riding ergos. How much leg room do you loose. an inch, two inches, more perhaps?

4)stuartyoda. any chance you can maybe get a pic on you on the bike or better yet a pic of you on the bike at max lean angle with the mods?

Don't care. I would keep both, and make it swappable if possible. Forward pegs for the twisties and the rearsets if I want to go more the 100 miles. Yoda, you can sell these to a large number of people.

Yoda, send me some close-up pics and I'll do the drawings and share them.
I have my eye on a Warrior but won;t pull the trigger untill I figure out the mid-mount pegs and controls.

Hey guys,

Has this thread died or are there DIY drawings out there. Better yet, has StuartYoda decided to start selling his mid controls? I would be willing to pay a premium for sure!

Thanks,
JJ

I saw this thread back and said "Yes! Maybe Yoda has news!". Sigh.
