Default Rotors warped?

So yesterday I removed an old inspection sticker on the lower left fork. I used some WD40 to remove the old glue. some of it I guess got on the rotor/caliper.

So today I took the bike for a ride to get a bite to eat about 10 miles. No problems on the way there. Jump back on the bike and the second stop sign I come to I notice the break lever had to be pulled in more than usual. So I pulled over to make sure everything looked ok. Got home pulled the calipers off everything looks good.

The only thing I could think of is the rotor or both rotors are warped. As I ride its pushing the pistons back out and when I stop the break has a longer pull.

How can I test this I jacked up the bike, started spinning the front wheel engaged breaks works fine. Started spinning again and you can feel it rub a bit but i think this is normal.

Your thoughts??

I wouldn't think that WD40 would warp a rotor. Perhaps it just made the rotor slick causing you to have to pull the lever more than normal to get normal results. I would think it would burn off rather quickly and return to normal.

+1 and clean rotors carefully with denatured alcohol.

def clean them off good, pads too. The fluid can soak into the pads and render them ineffective (yes that is my smart sounding sentence of the day)

320 sand paper and scuff your rotors. W-D on the rotors gets hot first time you ride and cooks the W-D to the rotor you get back on they feel warped.

I would also check your front bearings. They could be just loose enough to push your brake pistons out.

Seen this before with chrome wheels.

i think Akitadog is on something. Because I just rubed the pads down with sandpaper along with the rotors went for another spin and when the lever is real loose to pull in I here a loud scrapping/ low clunking noise coming from the lower left. Maybe the caliper is bad?

As im riding it seems to get worse if i keep break checking everything is fine. If I go ten ft without it goes back to doing what it was doing.

This is in the Mods page for a reason..

"Bearing - Wheel - Chromed Rims: Remove chrome from bearing area for proper press-fit."

Just saw you have chrome wheels and wanted to eliminate this possibility.

I don't know much about breaks, but could it be a fluid or bleeding issue?
