Now my rear brakes are staying applied. I am not sure why but the rotor started to glow and the fluid was like boiling...help

Make sure your rear brake clears the front of the header pipe. It may seem like there's space between them but when the pipe gets hot it expands a little and can be making your pads drag on the rotors while you are moving. Adjust your brake lever for more clearance before you burst into flames.

I take it you mean the rear first chech to make sure that no part of pipe or heat shields are touching the rear brake pedal or the long push rod for the rear master cylinder
