All,
I'm going to be installing a set of braided lines on the front. Its the setup that will have the double banjo bolt setup at the master cylinder. Since there is no bleeder on the master cylinder, did you guys that have done this have a problem bleeding the brakes? I have a mityvac( absolutley needed this for the rear) and will be using this but I have heard nightmares of not being able to bleed out the master cylinder or double banjo. Techniques? Advise? thanks, Mike |

I didn't have any issues with my double banjo. But you do need a vac system, or you'll be pumping for 2 years.
After you bleed them, tie the brake lever tight to the grip and let it sit overnight. The next morning, crack the bleeder valve on each caliper and bleed it one last time. The constant pressure overnight will push that one last air bubble out and you should be set. I did that and could tell a difference. Now my brakes are rock solid

also, after you bleed as much as possible, put pressure on the lever and crack the double banjo bolt to squeeze out any air that may be trapped.
