I ut in ngk irds and I noticed a slight diffence in seat of parts very slight-but I my mpg went up 2-3 mpg and that was the only thing I changed to get that am using the original coils also so I dont see how they would be running richer in my case anyway-and I didnt change the gap----I wonder if Craig has any input on this or chuchK

First off, great thread! Very informative for those who really dont pay attention to these things. Everybody seems to run the iridium plugs so they dont have to be changed as often. I run them because oldman put them in the bike. If the only true benefit is longevity, what would be a better plug to use from a performance standpoint? I wouldnt mind changing them every 5,000 miles if I had to.
