8 years after buying my RSWarrior and still running on the same stock drive belt, after 23k km, my pinion shaft got teethed off. And that's because I ran with a tighter belt. The stock belt looks like new, the pinion and the pinion shaft let me down, this evening.
Please let me know where can I get these parts from a reasonably priced dealer. Thank you, Ak Raptor. PS: I'll get back to you with some photos. Last edited by AK_Raptor; 10-26-2012 at 04:19 PM. |

I don't know which dealers ship to your country. I will send you a PM with a suggestion.

This is on eBay. Never know, they might sell just what you need.

Yes I totally agree you should buy the ($180) assembly on eBay assuming its in good shape as it appears to be. Even tho its international shipping ($250) its likely to be a better way to go, plus the new versions have a nicer front pulley nut-and-washer design and that one for sale is the new version. Its $430 shipped to you, plus you might need left-side case gasket since its been opened.
To buy just the parts, the discounted price of just the (Item #8) Middle Driven Shaft Assy part number 5PX-1755A-00-00 is $215.85 on YSP and the discounted price of just the (Item #78) stock Front Drive Pulley part number 5PX-17651-00-00 is $134.11 on YSP. That's already $350 just for these two parts at discount. Plus you still need the bearing(s), the seal, the o-ring (plus buy a spare), and the collar, plus gaskets, and plus international shipping. I don't know what other parts you need because I'm not there looking at the case.
