Yeah the told me if it had 7500 miles I would be set. Only problem is the bike only has 4049 miles. Also, how do you get left side cover off. Looks like a star not normal allen

Also I just bought the bike from out of state so I have never titled or registered in another state

Ha, it is midnight and not for sale. Since my home of record is in Iowa, I will be looking into registering it there. Thanks for the tool info.

BTW, CA has them d@m strict laws for emissions, so I hope you do not have a aftermarket exhaust. It may just give them another hurdle for you to get over.

Go find one of those places that register vehicles for a small fee and talk to them. They know how to get thru the system and for 30 or 40 bucks its well worth it.
