OK I'll bite. Why would you want to do that? I love the performance I have now and don't want to mess with the raw power the EFI gives me; but hey that's just me. What say ye sir?

You have to make your own intake manifold, which i see in your website you have a tig and the knowledge to do it. From what i have found out on this forum you just have to unplug the fuel injectors and you can use the rest of the wiring on the bike for it to work. I was going to try it myself on down the road. I replaced my intake manifolds because the rubber that is attached to the intakes were dry rotted and leaked, so i have the old intakes to use for making a intake for the carb. Also Patrick racing i think could give you some information on making the change. I will follow this thread to see what you come up with.

I'm thinking you're asking about this because on your custom job you're not sure what's involved in putting in a fuel pump.
I'd think installing a fuel pump will be easier than switching to carbs.

thanks for the advise so far guys. yes, the reason behind it is because its a custom job, needs to be super neat and clean, i also posted about an aftermarket, inline fuel pump that will supply the correct amount of pressure, im just looking at all of my options before i start buying parts.

Actually, our bike does make more hp with a carb set-up.
Reliable? Maybe, maybe not. I don't know as I do not have it. But I have seen the numbers from other warriors that went carb and they were a bit higher than our usual numbers.

Does the bike make more power carbed or is it just the rev limiter being gone? PR posted here once that the max rpm they could put thru the motor was 7,000 rpm and shortly after that the motor failed. They must have found a way to rev-limit it so the carbed motor would last long enough to cross the finish line. The bikes needed a lot of TLC but I don't know how much of that was due to the carb mod.
Does anyone remember the best numbers posted in official races by PR's carbed bikes and by their one injected and ECU'd bike? They were both monster numbers.
