jeez,

look at my profile pics or wolfys. we both have 200 fronts. its 4am, heading to the gym and not quite thinking straight, but here are a few FACTS from someone who has a 200 front, everyone else is talking out their a$$es.

1) it took custom trees, axles and some parts to make the rear wheel accept the brake rotors. it took alot of patience to not kill a lying sack of $hit fabricator. but someone on this site stood up and got me my trees, THANX again chuck if youre out there.

2) the tires DO NOT grab the cracks, infact, they do the opposite, because it "does not" fall in them. i am sure that there are worse roads then interstate 80 between reno and sac, but these cracks can be seen on the satellite photos.

3) i live at the bottom of the hill that the ferrari club of america uses for the hill climbs. the handling "does not suck". it is not as good as a stock warrior, BUT!!! it is much better then the warrior was with the 280 and the stock front because of the closer arcs. many members have ridden twisties with me, and i was NOT following, even on the hwy 27 warrior suicide run from tahoe to truckee, where my wife and i 2 up were 3rd in line behind a psycho and psychette. btw, i also can not out handle the r6's and ducs, but i am only a heartbeat behind, 2 up and looking and sounding MUCH MUCH better.

4) i talked to exile and a few others before i did it, and turns out the rake angles of the warrior lend themselves well to this mod.

5) almost instant win at any show. draws a crowd of all kind from hard core bikers, road racers, customizers, etc. any show i have ever been at, anyone you have ever seen on bikers "build anything" has run over to see what "how the **** did you do that?"

6) if there really is a "problem" it is alot of unsprung weight up front. but like similar mods, u quickly forget and unless you are on a superbike course for $ it doesnt really matter.

7) THIS IS NOT THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE. and at 5'8" 235, me and my bike "resemble each other"

ride safe

I run the metzler 130. I don't think you can run the avon cobra 130 because it is bigger and rubs. I don't know about the avon venom but i think it will work. The metzler 130 has no problems at any speed.

I'll have to look when I get home Randy, but if I remember right it's the stock numbers except 130 instead of 120.

I have an Avon Venom up front. As I recall, an Avon Cobra got a member in trouble. -That guy that lives in Malta NY. HG518 (or something like that- can't remember the numbers off the top of my head). His tire had bad wear marks and it jacked up the fender too after just a few miles. I do have a small wear mark on the lower portion of my fender behind the tire, but that's because I have a tendency to exceed the speed limit on occasion In other words, if you don't break 85 mph for extended periods of time, you shouldn't have a problem. It expands too much under speed. Having said that, if I had known how close it was, I probably wouldn't have gone that fast for a few hundred miles until the crown was worn down a bit and I wouldn't have had a problem. That's another reason why I'm looking at your plasti-dip solution...

But there are other members who use other brands with no issues...

There is a non-active member that put the rear 200 on the front and I think a 260 in the rear. He claimed that it handled great.
