Maybe you got a tank of bad gas. Semperfit (29 Palms) is having idleing issue's too.

When you filled the oil back up.... did you use the special procedure for checking oil levels for this bike?????
If you don't follow the procedure, you will get an inaccurate reading and possibly overfill the oil... and cause all kinds of problems!! Please be sure you check the oil properly!! You must run the bike up to operating temp by taking it for a ride, then let it idle for no less that 30 seconds without touching the throttle. Then shut it down and check the oil level with the bike up straight and level!! It is a bit arduous just to check oil, but it must be done to accurate readings! The -semi-dry-sump oil system of this bike requires it!! Good luck!! Also, it could just be over-oiled filters... or still wet ones too!! lol.. sorry, just had to add that in!! |
