I would check for pinched vacuum lines under the tank, also disconnect your fuel dry breaks from the tank and then reconnect making sure they are latched securely and make sure your oil is not over filled. When checking the oil on these they need to be at operating temperature (about 20 min ride) then let idle for 30 seconds without touching the throttle before shutting off. Then check it. when changing the filter and oil you should only have to put about 4.5 quarts back in it.
o yeah...welcome to the forum

Are there any error messages on the gauges when you shut the bike off?
If not, check via the ECU Interface for error messages in the ECU memory. Its possible something was re-connected backwards so also re-visit that.

Welcome to the 4m If you have K&N's or any foam filter's sometimes they get over oiled, that could cause a rough idle. Like others have stated, check the dry breaks and the vent line under the tank. Hey while your messing around with the vent lines, check the little coil wires. They do loosen up, Put a dab of di-electric grease and gently reseat them. Watch out, you can bend the tabs on the coils. I also had to crip the connectors a bit to seat them firmly to the coils. G
