Exhaust question

Hey guys, I have a 2009 Midnight Warrior and I was thinking of losing my stock rocket launcher exhaust in favor of a more streamlined one. I have done a little looking around and I notice there are many different options to choose from. However, I am looking for a black exhaust instead of a chrome one. Any ideas of where I should look, or if you have seen one before, could you tell me where to check it out? Also, if I am stuck going with a chrome exhaust, I want to go with something REALLY LOUD. Any help regarding that would be a big plus as well.

Bub makes a loud pipe and you can always have any pipe powder coated black

Thank you. I forgot to ask in my last post about powder coating. I was not sure if powder coating would stand up to the temperature or not and forgot to do my research.

Check out the Monster Pro Pipe from Pacific Coast Star. Great stream line look and loud. Plus an added bonus is you pick up a couple of ponies imo. They come in what they call Ceramichrome or Black . They are pretty decent to work with and flexible as well. I had my shortened around 8 inches and it came out great. There is a video in my gallery. Here's a pic.

There are not a lot of choices of aftermarket black pipes. Most of the ones that are available in black - the coating they use sux!!!. Most will have to be recoated within a year. So that being said, get whatever set of pipes you like the most and get them either ceramic coated or send them out to jet hot. They will hold up better!!!!

Powdercoat will not hold up. You have to get them ceramicoated. Monster pipe is way loud but their coating sucks so you have to get it recoated later.

Check out the full system from Dale Walker (Holeshot Performance Products, Inc.) he may have a couple left. I have had good luck with his products before.

There is also the option of Just get the pipesyou want and paper black with the high temp silica inriched paint that you bake a on. That's what I did.
