I install CP-1120B 1.50'' on my WARRIOR after a long wait since black model is not in stock (but the site said ''in stock''...), when my salesman receive it, he return it because of the poor paint finish. When i receive finally one of the second order, the paint finish is horrible, need to be repaint... Fittement is very crap, do not align ok on the base, too large for the holes and the hole for the internaly wires on the left side is too far, the grip to the left is approx 1/2'' off the center than the right side and you need to drill another hole if you want to have the left side to the same distance from the center that the right side. As for the vibrations, WOW, undriveable if you dont put 2 rubber shims sandwitched with a washer and if you do it, vibration is still there, more acceptable but never like stock that is perfect. If not for the look that i like so much and lots of time to remove internaly wires, i re-install my stock bar the same day i remove it...

It's crazy how many recent posts their are about the issues with these cp bars. We need to make sure no more forum members buy their bars.

CP Bars ???? Seems like there's a wave of sellers selling crap out there.
I got burned 1 time on a few parts from a seller and from that point on it's pretty much habit for me to start a thread just for feedback before doing any deals on Warrior goodies. Gotta research and check with the guys/gals in here before kicking out the dough. Last edited by BiggG; 12-25-2012 at 08:29 PM. |

I wonder if the other 4m's are having problems too? I want to start a international company, take people's money, then ship off pure crap.
I can't believe there isn't a law against this. G

Seems like CP is still unable to deliver the quality the customer expects and deliver it in a reasonable amount of time.
I have the CPH-1120 bars and I have no quality issues (I have them for about a year now) and no real vibrations. Please post some pics of your bars so we can see what's going on Sent from my iPhone using Motorcycle.com App

On the right side the wiring comes out of the switch housing and THEN goes into the bars. On the left side you need to mount the switch housing directly over the hole, so the wires never actually come out of the housing, but instead go directly inside of the bars. It sounds to me like you probably mounted the right side first and then did the left the same way. I almost made the same mistake but then realized how it needed to go together to be even. |
