Default Tune up

My bike has 14k miles on it and I am looking to do a tune up on it. I have done a search and read as much as I can but I would just like a clean cut answer. What type of spark plugs should I use? What type of oil? What filter?
I bought the bike from a dealer in November with 12k on it but I don't know if a tune up was ever done. In about 3 weeks my father and I are going to ride about 450 miles and I just want to make sure everything is ok

Good reads.....

Change Spark Plugs

Popular Mods and Repairs Knowledgebase

Also in the knowledge base (second link) you will have enough reading material on plugs, oil and filter for a few hours.

You can ask all these questions in the search feature and get any answer you need. Plugs, oil, oil filter is a personal decision for you to decide on and there is plenty of info there that will help you decide. I run Amsoil oil, bosch oil filter, and iridium plugs.

Consider a fork oil change at 14,000, I believe this is what the maintainence manuel calls for also-Of course, the other items too-

The bike runs great so ill probably just stick to the oil change and ill try to change the fork oil. The only reason i was going to change the plugs was the service manual said every 8k miles

I run Pulstar plasma plugs, Either Mobile 1 full synth or Amsoil, and a K&N filter
