I hear gripes of stretching a sport bike. What sport bike? A yamaha Warrior is not a sport bike. It is classified as a power cruiser and won't take a turn with a Busa much less a real sport bike, so stretch em out they don't corner either way. Just my 2 cents.

Welcome to the forum.
I doubt anybody on this forum compared a Warrior to a sport bike. Having said that, it will out handle pretty much any other cruiser. Well... For most of us so when we're talking about ruining handling, that's for the guys who don't just ride in a straight line.

Update. after months of battling a succubus I finally won my freedom. my divorce took a few unexpected turns but I'm on the upswing of things. I kept the bike and tools but lost my dog and house and shop. got a new place finally settled in and looking to start up projects again.
the swingarm is machined down as much as I dare. needs about .25 inches to line up drives. I'm thinking of changing to chain to help narrow the gap. still need to design a mount for the shock alignment but ill cross that bridge later. also need a rear fender since she decided to hit my old one with a pipe a couple times before the courts made it mine. so if you know of anyone shoot me a message it's blue with the silver flames thanks, oz |
