Just about ready for anodizing.
I am not sure if I like the finger guard holders. My wife and son think they should stay, I kinda like the way it 'floated' on the delrin one... Should they stay or go?

The last photo with the edge covered really looks nice. Keeping the edge crisp, clean and sharp is a must. I think I would leave it. Might place silver fill on the knife handle recesses to make it pop even more, but it looks great!

I like the finger guard holders, was one of the first things I noticed in difference from the Delrin mock up. I think once it is black you won't notice them as much, looks super tough man!

Thanks....I am going for a more subtle look, so I think once it is all black, you may not even notice it.....then you will wonder how you could NOT have seen it....at least that is the look I am going for...
The finger guard holders will probably stay...still waiting for my M8 left hand tap for the one side but things are moving forward. Quote:

Yes, the handle side hole needs to be left handed threads so it is on it's way from Grainger....M8 x 1.25 LH...hope it gets here this week, special order you know.... I think the paint will be fine for now, I will see how it holds up....
