and btw, I love your paint!!!! but you know that already!

I plan on doing something about that too but want to make sure I have a permanent bracket solution before I get too sprucie .
Thanks for the paint kudos!

As soon as you mentioned it, it made perfect sense. There isn't much about our bikes that is delicate / dainty, certainly not a mounting bracket.

Can u post a better, close-up shot of how u mounted & what ur options are on ur front end?

Made a couple much beefier brackets today, and spray painted them. Hope to find time to get them installed tomorrow, will have updated pics then.

Finally got around to installing the more heavier dutier brackets, vibration will not be an issue with these! This setup could be a little more sleek looking but it really isn't an eyesore. I like them enough for functionality to live with the cosmetics.

That looks really sharp. I love it. More than your first ones actually.

Looking good.....those brackets should offer less shaking.....

Mine are still moving along, might have something to show before the day is out...

Let us know how those work out

Post #15 has pics of the new bracket. Unfortunately I only got to test them on one ride before it got all cold and wintery here. But these brackets are much sturdier and I'm confident that vibration won't be a problem.
