You go L2L....The other LED's you sent over have a max of 280 lumens compared to 600 lumens from the one I am using. I also like the metal shroud on the flashlight one since it will act as a heat sink for the 9 watts (6v/1.5amps).

The clusters look like a good swap for the tailights on my FJR.....thanks!!!!

The Glenda lights on my bike are 12 watts per light unit (1 unit = 3 LED's) with 900 lumens .

so on full power (there dimmable), my glenda fork lights have 1800 lumens??? can you just add them together like that?

Yes they can be added together. I am learning more as I am playing with the circuit for the turn signals. My high flux LED's came in (Yellow).

I like the single CREE LED from the flashlight. I even like the metal housing, think it looks kewler than the single lenses...and gives me a little more room for angling it down a bit.

I will post more as it comes together....

Once I finish the turn signal circuit, I will get the CREE running. I would almost like to try a higher voltage on the CREE but am worried about blowing it.

BTW...L2L, your headlight looks kewl, have liked it since I saw it

nope...your right YB, no projected light, especially when compared to a 600+ lumen lights. These would be an easy swap out, inexpensive alternative for some that want to add the benefit of "being seen". Meaning quick easy DRL/ conspicuity lights.

Scawein's projected light will come from 2 $100 flashlights, and mine are in the $400 rent district.
