Well, I decided I am getting a security system after last night. They broke in to the house in broad daylight, Smashed my new big screen, my computer moniter, a bunch of cd's dvd's and Xbox games. Poured an acid sanitizer on the carpet, stole 5-600 worth of change, and ransacked all of our drawers. Thank God they didnt mess with the bike. They walked right by it and the key was in it. The house 4 doors down got hit also. I have good home owners insurance so it should all be taken care of.
I slept with one eye open and one hand on my 9mm last night. They better hope I dont catch em. |

Sounds like a bunch of kids did it. I've read (way too many times btw) where if thieves can't steal what they want, they trash it. Sorry to hear about it, I'd be furious, and paranoid<--but that's just me. I've had my fair share of things destroyed, stolen, etc. Coping with the insecure feeling you're left with is the worst.
You should look into one of those home video/security systems that are harddrive/DVR based and only record when motion is detected. That's what I'm working on, as well as convincing the wife to buy a pump shotty with buck shot (so I don't kill the neighbors) with a wall safe mounted in the master bedroom. |

My problem seems insignifacant to your story - sorry about the lost merchandise - best news is everbody is unhurt, especially the scooter.
my story is a went out to my new pick-up this morning to see the gas door open and the gas cap haniging. Little fuggers - catch em I'm going to scare the living ba-geez-uz out of them. I hope they siphoned out 5 gal's and put it into "mommy's car" you see, my truck is diesel.

Man that sucks. Glad to here about insurance, but that really doesn't make you feel more secure!

Happened to my brothers neighbor, three of them ended up looking down the wrong end of my brothers shotgun until the cops got there. Wish that'd happen more often

That blows! I've had my car broken into, ruined my dashboard. What I don't umderstand is, why they have to wreck stuff. I almost wouldn't be as pissed if they took something verses breaking my stuff. Pay back is a Bi%$ch, they'll get there's one day. Get an alarm system or a big dawg.

I just hope they were only siphoning out and not putting anything in! Maybe they took a piss in it and your fuel water seperator will take it out.[] |
