Zalama over here we get something called anti colic bottles made by Tommee Tippee. In the teats they have two holes one for the milk and one for air. not sure how it works but with 7 grandchildren we don't have many problems.
If the teat size is not right the baby sucks in air, not sure how but does. just getting this information from Debbie I am not an expert
