Lightbulb MAF sensor

If y'all work on any high mileage closed loop FI vehicles and have a engine code pop saying MAF sensor out of range, it may just need a cleanin. One of my vans has over 350K miles, I cleaned the tiny elements in the sensor and it cleared the code. Be real careful those tiny wire elements are fragile.
Not a bad idea to do this if cleaning the throttle bore, can really help idle and off idle performance.
This is why you should keep a clean air filter and if you have a K&N type do not over oil it, those little elements do not like that.
BTW MAF sensors can be very expensive.
