My buddy has a white 848 and its an incredible machine. I would love a street fighter ducati or Aprilia Tuono again..

eleven years with the same bike that is impressive, I can't seem to keep a bike for more than two years..

Funny, my son has one - he just dropped it when a fork lift truck came out into the road in front of him. He jammed on the brakes and unfortunately was right on new asphalt that had just been laid as the road was being patched. His back wheel just went and he ended up losing several inches of skin.
Otherwise he was unhurt, but the bike suffered a broken clutch reservoir, scratched tank, broken windscreen and worst of all scratched Termignoni's that he had just put on.
What was worse was that it was two days before he was due to leave to drive across Canada.
Nice bike, and the handling is superb, but I still prefer my Warrior.
