Of course I can't be positive, but I would assume the girl in the mirror is a identical twin and her sister was on the other side of the glass, mimicking her moves. About the only way I can imagine that prank working.

At the start of the vid when she is putting her eye makeup on you can see the difference in how they hold the brush. Identical rooms, clear glass between them, and twins
