Ouch indeed. I have that same bike (2007 FJR in Black Cherry, just like my 2005 Warrior) and I NEVER want to see it looking like that.

Made my wife cringe. I ONLY put saddlebags on it when we are taking a couple day ride.....

That just sucks.......

Not one sympathetic one among them, the twats. The guy wasn't being stupid or riding dangerously, just unlucky.
I've had an experience where my back pannier just clipped a car and broke its indicator light. Did more damage to the car than the bike and I stayed on, but it's not that difficult to do in a crowded situation.

I sure hope dude is okay. Might have been better if he missed the pier & boat and landed in the water.
