My calipers and the Dremel. Add a butter knife and a spoon, and I can make most anything.

I am soooo jealous of you folks with a welder, that would open new doors for me....

Milwaukee cordless drill. This is the first tool I grab when something needs fixing. Wether I need it or not. IDK why. lol

Ahh so many to choose from and so little time. My favorite is the right tool for what ever task I'm completing! How is that for being indecisive

Our local vocational school offers some night classes on welding, it may be a start.

NJ...take the opportunity if you can. Seems welding is best taught, not guessed. If you make a mistake, really bad things can happen to you....but the rewards seem worth it.

I just finished up a semester of welding. To think of the possibilities would make your head explode. Best skill I have ever learned.

Its funny with all of the posts here I read this one to the end, every single entry.

I too find myself with a garage full of tools and loving it when i start a new job and have to go buy a new tool to complete it.

So my favourite is the latest tool I just bought. LOL

Other than that I love my Ridgid portable table saw from Home Depot. I have never realized how much a portable saw can be used on the job-site.
