I got the Barnett clutch spring kit with green springs + Barnett's clutch and throttle cables. I also got a couple misc wood clamps and a multi tool.

Default dollhouse

Well, it was not for me but I made my daughter (8yrs) this dollhouse. well over 50 hours in it!!! But it was worth all the effort!!
