no way....the old political posts used to get WAY more heated and WAY more personal. I know they caused some members to leave on their own accord, and I think, but not sure, that one or two members were banned because of political posts. this is a cake walk compared to some of the political post threads

TerryK to name one that was banned. I kind of miss him, he was definitely entertaining!

I've heard similar things in some states here. Insurance companies have zero desire to pay a claim if they can avoid it, even if its a gray area. Insurance is a requirement and therefore out of our control as far as what is available in the market to buy. We essentially become un-insurable if we don't bend-over meaning no legal ability to drive. So the insurance companies are in charge of our driving 'privilege' and that is just wong but that's business these days.

[no kidding] - i did a little accident investigation work a few years back [free lance stuff] and on the paperwork the insurance required info and photos for any undeclared mods on all vehicles involved [this was 4 wheeled stuff] but could have been bikes....and they paid up no prob for stuff under 5 grand and never said anything to the owner, but i know they had ticked the box 'over 5k no insurance next time'.....any excuse not to pay ...they talk long and hard about insurance costs being a community deal ...the more they pay out, the more we pay in premiums but i've never seen an insurance company on it's uppers

so make of that as you may..but they are watching and waiting to leave you with no life belt when the waves are beating you to death...not forgetting like drink drive bans...it's not just you that's getting hit...you're family will also go down with you

ride safe my friends this isn't just about car tyres of course

almost forgot...hey oldman...so good to see you here as always...hope life is getting back to its normal self for you

Ugh. Let's stop talking about insurance. I recently added my son to our car insurance policy and I recently got a HUGE ticket on my motorcycle. Insurance kind of turns my stomach right now.

Gav.
I don't know. The CT works great as a driver, I'm not sure what it would be like as a steer tire. If one was made in the proper size I'd give it a try so I could know for sure. It couldn't be any worse than the 200 Wolfy and his mates run on the front of theirs.
