Thanks for sharing Run, I agree with you and always wear a Shoei full face when riding. I guess I am so used to it that to me riders without helmets are the ones that look weird. And yes, I like the wind too which is why I often ride with the face shield open, but of course I still have maximum protection.

I agree cali...I ride at 30 degrees and I ride at 100 degrees. Full face all the time..I see guys on bikes with no helmets or half helmets and I put them in the same category as people that dont use turn signals...just asking for it.. I personally have never thought a guy on a bike with a skull cap looked like a badass or cool, but maybe some guys do, either way he isn't getting a ride on my bike..

yes, maybe it's true, we are getting older and want to be more on the safety side
this is the reason I wear my shark evoline helmet
in town I wear open face, but out of town with higher speed I close it to full face

I simply love it, maybe it's not as cool like a mushroom, but at least I can combine

and you can close/open while riding
i like this idea a lot, and ive been thinking about getting one of these for next years riding season..

Thumbs up part of the bike

As I have aged, yea we all get older, I have added more to my riding attire.
Now I NEVER ride without a full face helmet armored jacket, boots and gloves. I consider it part of the body on the motorcycle, buy the way it makes you more aerodynamic too.

However, in my early 20s, I mixed alcohol, go-go dancers, pills, and my motorcycle. I left a bar, did a wheelie across the road and hit a telephone pole. Woke up, in the middle of a 4 lane highway, with strangers staring down at me wondering if I was alive. Busted open my chin bad and other less damaging injuries. A full face would have helped even back then when I was mixing the wrong ingredients in my STUPID soup mix....NOT
