Default Christok fiberglass Sportster Cafe

Sorry this is HD stuff but I didn't know how to embed pictures in Christok's PM, but if anyone else is interested in what I'm doing, the orange one is what I purchased and I'm in the process of refurbishing it to its original condition.

Oh Gary! The black bike's not mine. I wish it was but I was just showing what the stock bike looks like.

I should have been a little clearer. I think your bike is on the left and it looks like all you need is the stock wheels, pipes and fairing. Again, I think you are almost there.
looks good.

Thats a cool project your taking on. I was always partial to those Cafe styled Harley's. There was one being sold somewhat local to me a while ago, but the guy thought it was made of gold. Way too pricey, but it was original. Hope you paid a good price.

They can get a little pricey, I guess it depends on how original it is. I think there was one in N.Y. for $25k that was 100% original. It still even had some kind of a do not drive above 55 mph sticker on the speedo and original price tag on the handle bar. I guess some people buy stuff to store it and hope the price goes up. I met a guy in Tarzana that bought a 77' Ferrari for $30k. It now has less than 500 miles and worth at least $100k.

Yea,,Rick that kind of stuff cracks me up. I see that all the time in the exoctic car sale sheets. I don't see how a person can buy something and not drive it. Shoot I'd have 500 miles on it in the 1st day.
