Check this out..
dam fine use of a MT-01 engine If i had the money I'd send him my engine and have him build me one, with a seat the guys name is Shaun Wainford good write up on the net about the build can't get it to link, but he cut all the aluminum himself he even made the master cylinders and the air ride, check out the swing out lever that I'm guessing is for de-compression now that is custom.

****...thats a nice build, I wonder how it handles compared to an actual MT-01, looks stretched out a little

That is sick. What's an MT? In this case it looks like it's built around a VRod, correct?

60ftgap .... if you look carefully you'll note that the foot controls are reversed on this custom bike. The shifter rod is running through the hollow swing arm pivot bolt and the rear brake & master cylinder (MC) are now located on the left hand side if i'm not mistaken ![]() The MC is in full view as is the pedal and i believe there is a short stand pipe for the brake compound too ![]() Also has a kick starter Last edited by alanh; 12-05-2012 at 08:36 PM. |

Now that you mention it I think I do remember reading about it. I dig the riding position as apposed to the cruiser position. Still looks like a Vrod frame though.
