Well, I would suppose it depends on what's causing your back pain. Is it your seating position, or is it something besides the bike?
I have a Danny Gray short-hop (looks like the stiletto) and it moves me forward and down a couple inches. I also finally got my PCS seat, which is much closer to the stock position than the short-hop. The potato chip feels like it would be pleasant to sit on for longer distances, but I have to stretch that little bit more for the bars, which isn't as comfortable.
If you need actual back support while sitting, your options are much more limited as well.
