I'm not familiar with the PC-IV. Could it be a PC-V or a PC-iii?

Try here: www.powercommander.com for PCiii and PC-V map files.
Also, try here: Road Star Warrior Documents .

The PCiii-USB software (available on power commander dot com) will auto-convert PCiii '.map' files to PCiii-USB '.djm' files.
Your PC-V software will auto-convert PCiii-USB 'djm' files to PC-V '.pvm' files.
I mention this because you can start with any map and it can be converted for PC-V.

Look for files that mention:
108ci or 110ci with HC pistons
Any short 2-2 exhaust
VBAK (differs from BAK).
AIS Removed (less important)

The Jug Hugger headers have a 3-step diameter reduction that keeps cooler gasses moving. Any pipe that works for a short 2-2 will be a good place to start. If its for Juggies already, even better.

Riodin, please post up what you end up finding out. In a two weeks my bike will be done as well (pr110, stage 2 headwork, pr bak, pc-v, v&h big radius pipes). My dealer was gonna try and get a map from Patrick racing as a place to start and then customize it on the dyno. I will post anything I can get from them as well

I just switched to the new cobra powerpro, I have to say that I'm impressed with it. I have a good used pcv with auto tune and 02 sensor that I'm sure I wont be useing it again. powerpro seems to be as advertized. You know that the pc unit will only tune to the afrs that you give it, powerpro tunes to what the motor wants. I have all the mods you have, plus much more, It only took a couple good runs for it to tune better than the pcv ever did. With the pcv I used 13.1 up to10% 13.0 up to20% 12.9 to 50% 12.8 to the top end. I always felt there was alittle more in there, powerpro brought it out. Better go ahead and get you a lithium battery, and up you cable size if you want it to start well.

You mentioned powerpro immediately before saying "if you want 'it' to start well" so are you saying a lithium battery helps when a cobra powerpro is installed?

I thought he meant bigger pistons means more compression means "need a bigger battery" -but I could be wrong. I know they have the decompression solenoid, but still...

I assume that with the use of a dyno and a technician that knows what they are doing that the pc-v and any auto tune device can get the most out of the engine. Patrick racing is obvi on the top of the warrior game and they swear by the power commander. I was given some hp and tq benchmarks by pr so I guess I will see what happens with the pc-v in 2 weeks when I get the bike back. I will post the dyno run results as well as the a/f ratio table
