Default Looking for the best priced Breakaway cruise control, any suggestions?

I am looking for the breakaway cruise control to fit my newly acquired ISO grips. I have just switched to the Barons Flame etched TT bars and picked up a set of new ISO grips for the new bars. I had been using the vista cruise control on my stock grips and bars but it does not fit the the ISO grips. I think I read somewhere here about grinding a little plastic out of the vista ring but I don't want to ruin the vista (possible resale) or ruin the ISO grip by screwing the set screws onto the chrome frame of the grip. Any suggestions? I checked Cruiser Customizing and Phats, both are $189.99. Just thought I would ask the group before trying to convince the wifey to let go of a little more cash! Thanks in advance!

I bought my BrakeAway from CC around Christmas for $179. That's about the best price I've seen on it, unless you can find a used one anywhere! It's partially installed on the Warrior now...just have to fine tune the release and sensitivity now.

I bought mine from Cruiser Customizing and it arrived so fast my head was spinning. One thing about this cruise, once its set its a snap to use and it holds speed well. Operationally and visually, I still think its the best-engineered aftermarket part on my bike.

It only costs a little bit more to go first class!! I like the 50sBoy Throttler. It is going to take a little more convincing than I planned to get that much $$ from the wifey for the bike since my truck just had to have a new radiator and looks like fuel injectors real soon. Yikes11 Oh well, it's worth a try I guess! Could be worse, I could be asking for a set of custom wheels! Although, it will be father's day soon, looks like I'll be getting a cruise control from the wifey and daughter this year! I wonder which one they will get me?

Anybody here using the 50sBoy Throttler? If so, how do you like, which one do you have and how long did it take to get to you once you ordered it? Thanks in advance.

50s Boy works better than anything I've seen, spendy though. If the price tag is an issue, CleverLever @ 32 bucks. I been using it for years.
