shouldnt there be more recall "stamped dots" on the vin than just the one under the J?

A 09 shouldn't have any recall's. Need the decoder ring to decipher the vin. Need to figure out the year.

FYI, that punch on the vin# on that spot is for a recall on some emissions hose nonsense. Not even 1 month after I got my leftover '08, I got a card from Yamaha stating there was a recall. I brought mine into the stellership for the recall and my front pushrod tube was leaking at the base. My vin has the same punch.
