Uh.... you'll never be DONE. Sorry bro
 I thought I was DONE about 3 times now. I have ONE project lined up for this winter, and yet I know I'll end up doing about 5 more. -For example, most of us also remove those reflectors off the forks and rear end. But if you need them for an inspection, don't chuck them. Good luck fighting the Mod bug

Welcome and yes, IMO the Black Cherry is the best color ....Seems a lot go away from the color, I have been thinking about it myself for a while but just have not decided to 'pull the trigger'
You will enjoy this bike...great ride, I am 5' 6-7" too and it fits great with stock controls....
