Jeeeeeeeeeeeeez!!!! All my posts and PMs have been displaying the wrong time for as long as I can remember and I finally fixed it I hope.

how do you fix it? it shows that you posted that at 3:48 PM today...its 10:57AM here on the east coast

Enter the correct location info in your UserCP and it'll calculate itself when you are signed-in!

Yep, the User CP. Mine has been messed up for a LOOOOONNNNNGGGGGG time, not sure why. I finally got it figured out.
