Minor tire wear spot on left side bag (See picture).

that seems like a deal. i wish i could figure out if i wanted to buy bags or not. do these attach to the rear blinkers? because i don't have rear blinkers.

Yes, they do attach to the rear blinkers (velcro strap to hold the rear of the bags in place).
