F/S: Speedstar Parts/Kit

Reluctant to have to sell what took me a while to gather up and find to purchase, but home repairs take precedence to the toys now ...

Up for sale are the Speedstar parts that I acquired over the last few months with hope of doing the whole shebang over the winter, but now I am looking to sell the whole set due to home repairs needed. I DO NOT WANT TO PIECE THIS OUT INDIVIDUALLY PLEASE. You cannot just call your local dealer any more and get what you want or are missing. It took me months to find everything and someone will appreciate my hard efforts to find the whole kit here, in one place, for purchase from a trusted source.

All parts are brand new, unused and most are in original Yamaha boxes. The only part without a box is the Speedstar ECU which was purchased new from a Yamaha dealer (they had it on display in a glass case near their counter and someone tossed the box by mistake over time, that's what I was told) and not a random person on eBay.

I have for sale:

- Speedstar Hi-Comp pistons
- Speedstar Hi-Lift camshaft set
- Speedstar ECU
- Speedstar Stage IV gasket kit
- Orient Express heavy-duty valve springs

I want to get $1,450 shipped to lower 48 states for everything.

I also have a Speedstar 2-1-2 exhaust system that needs re-chroming or powder coating if you want it along with this stuff (a few spots have scuffs and the end cap is peeling badly). Buy the whole kit and get the Speedstar exhaust for an extra $275 shipped. If you are someone interested in just the Speedstar exhaust, you may shoot me a pm with your email address and I would be happy to send you pictures by Wednesday evening as everything is at my old house and I am not going there until Wednesday for a holiday get-together. However, it is not for sale at the price above without the purchase of the kit so you may shoot me an offer after pics have been exchanged.

Moderators - I am not posting pics because the main kit I am selling is all brand new and the person who will buy this kit knows what it is and what everything looks like. But, if it is highly required please notify me of such and close this thread until I can post pics on Wednesday night and we can re-open it then please. Thank you.

I know how long it's taken you to track down and buy all these parts.


It's a shame when you have to make these sacrifices for the house but......
