I was able to upload a couple more pics into my gallery, but when I went to load a few more it just kept 'thinking' and wouldn't do anything. This has been a couple days of this. Finally today I let it 'think' for about 10 min and this is what finally appeared.

i had same error when loading pics of my pipes, took another shot at it and it took. didnt send message

Can you try logging out and logging back into your account? I have just tested uploading photos and they are working normally for me today.

If logging out/in doesn't work, can you test using a different web browser to the one you are using now? We need to try ruling out any security settings on your computer potentially triggering the problem.

Some alternative browsers:

Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox

Just tried again after logging out/in a few times, no luck. Downloaded Firefox and gave it an attempt and still get same message. Though LOVE this Firefox browser!!

Just a note in case helpful. I realize what follows is not the trouble the OP is experiencing however it might highlight a problem in changing browsers from IE to Chrome as a troubleshooting step. I also realize that not everyone experiences the trouble but many do and I'm in that camp.

When I use Google Chrome as my browser and come to this forum, I have consistent problems when working with images embedded and attached into posts. Specifically, some existing images do not appear in Chrome but do appear in IE, and also its not always possible to embed an image off the web when using Chrome. There have been times when Chrome would not allow the Attach feature to work. No error messages, just no success in completing the task. This is the case when using different computers, and even when using the same computer just different browsers.

I don't believe the forum folks can control this, it seems like its something inside Chrome at fault. But either way, it might be a problem to test different browsers in this particular case.

As a side note, Firefox had the same problems last time I used it. I stopped using it as my primary browser right when this forum software came into play. This forum software is excellent imo, but at that time Firefox was not advanced enough. Maybe it's better now at handling image files, and maybe its overall browser speed has improved?

Hmmm.... New factor to throw in.

I can upload 1 picture at a time without issue, but if I try to upload 3 I get that message.

is flash enabled on your browser/computer, and do you have an add blocker up?
