Just spoke to Kyle earlier this evening. He has had a string of bad luck. His house was broken into and his computer was stolen. He should have a new one in a few days. then he had to go back to the hospital for a few days as the medicine he was prescribed for his back caused a bad reaction and they kept him in the hospital to be sure everything was okay.. while in the hospital he could not pay his cell bill and lost telephone service for a while. He asked me to let you guys know that he is back working and anyone with outstanding orders should be contacted shoertly however he has a bit of a backlog which he will try to catch up on. Good news is he is okay .

Spoke with him tonight as well. Indeed....some tough luck for sure. He's on the mend, but man what a road he's been on. I'm just glad to hear he'll be OK. The rest is just "stuff"....nothing more.

He is ALIVE! thanks so much for all the support. Not to post to much but...yes it has been a long couple months ending with another stay at the hospital.
I have contacted every person that has called and sent text, if not please call as I have my phone and just got my new laptop today.
I really do want to say "there were several calls that I have made. I felt awful as I always answer my phone and always keep people in the loop and felt horrible that I was unable. Each and every person, all of which were members on this forum have been amazing. One person had to remind me that we are all riders, that most of us have had difficult times and there was no shame in having medical/family/financial/etc. problems and that people were worried more then upset by this. It was very humbling to have gotten so many calls and text most of which had nothing to do with business. I owe a Giant Thank You to everyone who has supported my on this forum for so long.

To us your family Kyle,
Keep well, stay safe and the rest will sort itself out. As far as backlog, everyone will understand this is an unusual situation as you have always been so prompt in the past. I think that is why your brothers were concerned. All the best from the boys Down Under.

Glad you are doing better Kyle, didn't even know until reading the forum that you have had so much going on. Really good to see you back. When ever I have a chance to get on I try to look to see what you and christok have on the burner.
Seems like that move you made may not have been the right one...the bad luck and all. Hope everything gets better for you and stays that way.you deserve it....
take care my friend

Kyle You support us with your work, your products at great prices and the help and advice you give to fellow members not to mention the give aways from time to time. Wheels, swingarms and calipers are just things. they can be replaced and most people when ordering your products still have the stock parts they can ride with until they get their new KYLENV parts. Stuff is replaceable however people are not. Your health and well being are top priority. That is part of what makes this forum and its members so special. Brothers and sisters many cases with only a warrior in common, and who have probably never met or spoken to one another will still do what they can to go out of their way to help another member. this is part of the warrior brotherhood /sisterhood. We are all glad that you are back to semi normal and hope that things will turn around and only go in a positive manner from here on in.

ride safe

Thanks Guys!
A public update:
I don't make mistakes often, when I do It is enough to make me sick! I put my money where my mouth is I currently am finishing up 2 wide tire kits, and a hidden caliper bracket. For the delays I am refunding $100 on each kit and sending the hidden caliper bracket free of charge (full refund). Was a rough time but I should not have let that effect business. On a side note a have been doing very well all things considered. New security system for my home, and my liver is still working! Yeaaa Me!
Thanks a million for all the calls and texts

Wow Kyle....just saw this. Planning on (hopefully) installing my hidden caliper bracket today or tomorrow. Finally have some time off here myself. I didn't need any refund though man. I stand by what I said...we all have issues from time to time. My top concern was your well being, not some powdercoated chunk of aluminum. Glad to hear that your liver is back in business!! That's great news man!
