How to choose the led tube light

The led tube light with energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, long life and other...

The led tube light with energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency, long life and other characteristics, are more and more people sought after. Currently in the domestic market can be seen everywhere, domestic and foreign production of various brands of LED daylight lamp, quality is uneven, is often difficult to choose, I do not know how to distinguish each enterprise production LED fluorescent lamp quality and performance, with everybody here simply introduce.

1) first of all, the LED daylight lamp is the core chip. In general the United States, Japan, mainland Taiwan slightly better, worse, now commonly used chip specifications are 3528,3020,3014wait for a few kinds, each kind of specification size, chip cooling ways are not the same.

2) look at the parameters, the nominal value is mainly: the luminous flux, unit power consumption per unit of W, Lumen, Lumen/W, light efficiency, high light effect is good, lamp standards, is a common interface.

3) colloids: ordinary LED fluorescent colloid for epoxy resin, with UV resistant and fire retardant LED fluorescent lamp is more expensive, high-quality outdoor LED daylight lamp lighting should be UV resistant and fire.

4) look at the LED daylight lamp profile. Previously to avoid electric shock, is used in the plastic tube, but the large amount of radiation, light and serious, life is very short, now commonly used half sulptare half tubes, in need of light that half used plastic, transparent and without needing heat dissipation that half is made of aluminum alloy, the general power supply is not put a tube, reduce the heat, to extend the life span of LED

5) LED daylight lamp life, lamp life, mainly depends on the chip, power supply, cooling and other aspects of the reasonable collocation of different quality, LED daylight lamp is critical for life, life is composed of optical reference. Light, light efficiency is high, long life, high price.

6) is the national product quality certification and international safety certification, such as GS, CE, UL, ROHS, CCC certification, some products through the general safety certificate test.

7) PC mask transmittance, the current market the transparent mask light transmission rate can reach 88- 95%, PC market mask materials with ordinary PC material, optical material PC. Between them, because manufacturers are not the same, the transmittance difference quite.

8) LED brightness of fluorescent lamps, LED brightness of fluorescent lamps with different, different prices. For the LED daylight lamp fluorescent lamp should be consistent with the LED laser gradeⅠstandard.

9) safety. The LED daylight lamp must have reliable dust-proof design, material fire, UV, anti low temperature cracking, such LED daylight lamp high price.

10) the problem of power supply. Commonly used with non isolated constant current power supply, isolated constant current power supply, centralized external power supply 3, non isolated constant current power supply of the risk of electric shock, the cost is not high, isolated power is high cost, large volume, if it is used in business, the room lamp is more, are generally centralized external power supply, a large power AC/DC switching power supply, unified power supply, so that the highest efficiency, the maximum power.

11) there is no stimulation or smell smell. Don't be cheap with smell of LED fluorescent lighting, is likely to have a lead, mercury, cadmium and other toxins.

OK, we have all seen all or one of the following.

- The person who bicycles his motorcycle in a parking lot instead of putting his feet on the pegs and riding at slow speeds.

- The person who rides smack in the middle of the lane with the car and transmission oil right under the tire.

- The person who is doing the turtle while riding. Head straight and neck withdrawn and clenched, holding onto the bars for all he is worth, never moving his upper or lower body and barely in control of the bike.

- The crash waiting to happen rider. Poor use of brakes, rear braking as the primary, way too slow for safety in corners, a person who at any second could be presented with a challenge they will fail and crash with terrible consequences.

So we see them. How do we help them survive and uplift their skills?

You could do as we do. Start a motorcycle club and surround them with experienced riders and basically feed them now info and tips and skill building exercises until they uplift their skills.

So , here is the tale of one rider we helped. We will call him Neptune, to hide his actual identity.

Neptune was scared to ride and dared to ride. A pretty interesting combination.

Seems Neptune had started out the usual way in California. He took a MSF course to avoid having to take a riding skills exam at the DMV. This practice consistently allows new riders to enter the road without adequate skills.

Somehow the MSF guys have got it into their heads that you should allow everyone to ride, if they can keep a bike upright for 30 feet, ride in a parking lot without crashing and bursting into flames and somehow use the brakes, badly, and remember to use turn signals but maybe not remember to turn them off.

This MSF kind and friendly practice for licensing riders is allowing people to enter the road without skills they need to survive.

So Neptune started his riding and crashed a bike. Totalled a bike actually. He was an AGATT rider and completely destroyed a good helmet and walked away.

He thought about this experience. Then got himslef a bigger and faster bike. Gotta love ambition.

He was completely unsound on the bike. Very scared of turning. Hunkered down on the bike like a turtle blocking traffic with slow speed on the turns in particular.

So, we took him out with outher newbs for a ride.

I emphasized the HUBS tecnhique.

Head - lead with your helmet, look through the turns, learn to throw your head to your desired path if you experience target fixation.

Use your Body - Point your inside knee out and into the turn. This shifts body weight on the bike even if you do not want to do so. Move your upper body into the turn and your shoulder towards or over near the mirror in the inside turn. Move your weight to the inside peg and step down, shift your body to make subtle weight transfers and correct course.

Brakes - Brake with your front brake and add rear as required. Front brake to scrub speed as fast as practical. Only newbs avoid the front brakes. So use your front brake. Set speed for the corner but learn to use your brakes in a turn as well.

Steer - counter steer to initiate turns.

OK, once they understand the HUBS technique follow them on a ride. Make them do this, if they do not, pull them over and discuss. Lead and point to your head, chest and knees to remind them before a turn to do Hubs. Then follow them again to watch, repeat as required.

If he falls into bad habits you can always pass and point to the body area to emphasize where they need to correct the technique. Lastly, all newbs have a strong and weak side. They will do well at first on the strong side, make them work even harder on the weak side.

Bottom line - Neptune corrected most of his issues in three hours of riding, all in one trip. He is far safer, enjoying riding for the first time ever and can be safe within a riding group. Mission accomplished rider Neptune. And, maybe even mission accomplished in helping another rider uplift skills to be a part of the sport.

I went riding the other day with a few really good guys.

On a personal level, they are laid back, easy going, friendly and decent people. People who you like to hang with. People who are what I call riders.

Not jokers who live an image, kind of. Or, people who push limits to show off to others, wheelies, burnouts and other lower rider evolution crap.

Just good guys. Ride, coffee, chat about bikes, ride, lunch, talk about bikes, stuff that puts you in a good mood.

Well, one of these good guys was pushing it on a very challenging part of our local roads.

A place where I know for a fact that claimed the life of a young Marine, 32, not so long ago when he lowsided and broke his neck on a post holding up the guard rail. Freaky, tragic and not the kind of cosmic event that provides anyone with any joy. I do not even buy he died while doing something he loved.

Scant solace in that.

Well, my riding buddy was pushing it, crossed the yellow line, bike wiggling, not in true control.

So I let him get through the next curve, we were in the twisties, and I motored by him at speed, yes we ride Warriors and he was up 100 pounds (OK I probably outewigh him by 75 pounds so not so big a deal) and he was down by 20 HP and 20 FPTQ, my guess.

I then proceeded to let him watch my taillight as I left him behind by two miles and pulled over to wait.

My first comment to him was, sorry bud, did not mean to pass you so hard. He said it was OK and he had fun trying to stay up. But I know he was embarrassed a bit.

I was hoping he would ask and he did. How do you keep the speed up so high in the corners ?

I told him then showed him the proper cruiser riding style/technique again. And this time I followed him through the balance of the twisties as he made an effort, this time, to apply the skills and get faster and SAFER.

So, here is the blog point for today. If you ride with a person who needs some pointers, try to politely help. If they are not listening, show them that they could "improve" by out riding them in a casual manner and safely. Nothing stupid or dangerous or over your head. Just make the point. Then maybe they will ask how you did that? Maybe you could move a friend from "Touching Yellow" to a safer place. We all should pass it forward.
